• Meet the client and learn about their business and objectives, then agree the website project specification and requirements.
• Kano Design submit an estimate for the project, covering timescales and a breakdown of costs.
• The client approves the estimate and pays a deposit to secure the contract and work can begin.
• The client provides material and content for their site and Kano Design produce a prototype design which is posted online for the client to review and give feedback.
• Once the design is accepted, the website is developed and the client can track the progress at any time online and provide feedback.
• On completion, the site is tested and optimised for Search Engines and on final payment uploaded to the client's webspace.
• Further services, for example, training or maintenance can be agreed.
